For additional persons we charge €15 per person per night.

Depart comfortably by 11:00. When leaving the apartment, please place the apartment keys on the table and close the door behind you. Please understand that we have to charge a flat fee of €100 if a key is lost. A later departure until 12:00 is possible by prior arrangement. Please contact us to arrange this. In the event of an earlier departure, we would appreciate a message the day before you leave, so that our housekeeping can be optimally deployed.

We are happy to provide you with a cot and a high chair free of charge. Simply reserve these items before your arrival, or contact us during your stay.

The accommodation is equipped with a kitchen, which is handed over clean and with a complete inventory. We kindly ask you to put dishes, cutlery and pots back into the cupboards only in a clean condition.

Please do not shower outside the shower cubicle. Please keep the bathroom as dry as possible.

For stays of at least 7 days, we offer a free intermediate cleaning service on request. This includes cleaning the floor, changing the towels, disposing of the rubbish, replenishing toilet paper, coffee pads and soap, as well as a quick clean of the bathroom and kitchen. Additional intermediate cleanings at a frequency of your choice are available at €25 per clean. Please contact us to arrange this.

Upon departure, we kindly ask our guests to leave the apartment swept clean and with washed dishes. Heavy soiling will be charged based on the effort involved, with a minimum charge of €25. As a deposit, we take the liberty of recording your credit card or passport details. This data will be irrevocably deleted by us on the day of your departure.

A fan is available free of charge for hot summer days. If you need another one, please contact us.
Is it too cold for you? Please contact our team. We will be happy to put a fan heater in your apartment.

We welcome your suggestions and ideas for improvement. If something is not to your satisfaction, please let us know straight away so that we can put it right during your stay.
Guest satisfaction is our top priority.

We kindly ask you to strictly observe the quiet hours between 22:00 and 6:00. The apartments, their furnishings and other property must not be damaged. Please note that any damage caused will have to be charged.

Please enter your invoice details in our guest system before your day of departure. An invoice will be sent automatically to the email address you have provided on the day of departure. You have received access to our guest system by email.

The rental price includes bed linen, bath towels, tea towels, washing-up liquid and bin bags. We also provide coffee pads for the coffee machine, detergent for the washing machine, and salt and pepper. Please let us know if you need refills or anything else. Final cleaning is also included in the price.

Pets are welcome. We charge a flat cleaning fee of €15 per night per animal. Please register your pet with us before you arrive.

• Turn the heating down one degree
• Turn the air conditioning/fan up one degree or open the window for cooler air
• Set the fridge to medium cooling
• Only switch on the dishwasher when full and use the eco programme
• Switch off lights and air conditioning/fan when leaving the apartment
• Reduce water consumption
• Close windows and doors when leaving the apartment
• Air the rooms briefly but thoroughly instead of tilting the windows

All our apartments are non-smoking apartments. We reserve the right to charge for damage to the inventory in the form of burn marks at replacement value. The additional cost of special cleaning will be charged at €300.

Many apartments have a sofa bed to accommodate additional guests. If you have booked the apartment for more people and intend to use the sofa bed, you will find bed linen and towels for it in the wardrobe. Please contact us if you have any questions about using it.

Augustinerplatz

Augustinerplatz is just a few steps from your apartment and is one of the most beautiful squares in Freiburg’s old town. The cobbled square is home to the “Column of Tolerance”, which is lit up in the evenings, and is surrounded by cafés, restaurants and the Augustinermuseum.

Some of our apartments have a washing machine, which you can use free of charge along with the provided detergent.
If you have any questions, please contact our team.

Please dispose of waste in the bins provided (yellow: plastic, green: paper and brown: residual waste). When a bin is full, we will collect the waste from you if necessary – please contact us. On departure, you can leave the waste in the apartment and we will dispose of it for you during the final cleaning.
