For additional persons we charge €15 per person per night.

An apartment offers you everything a hotel room does – and much more: spacious living and sleeping areas, a fully equipped kitchen and the freedom to plan your day independently of breakfast and restaurant hours. Especially for families, groups and longer stays, a holiday apartment is usually the more economical choice, as you book an entire apartment rather than individual rooms. And you won’t have to go without your usual comforts: bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included, and our team is personally there for you.

Here is how to reach us:
Arriving by car:
Coming from the A5 motorway, take the Freiburg-Mitte exit and follow the B31a towards Freiburg.
Our apartments are located in Freiburg’s pedestrian zone and cannot be reached by car. Please use one of the city-centre car parks and reach us on foot.
Arriving by public transport:
From the main railway station, take tram line 3 towards Zähringen and get off at the Bertoldsbrunnen stop. From there it is a four-minute walk to our apartments.

Book your stay conveniently through our website. Depending on the rate you booked, you can make changes and cancellations on your own. To do so, click the “Detailed Booking Information” link at the bottom of the booking confirmation email you received immediately after booking. On the following page, please enter the email address you used when booking, as well as your last name. You can then view, modify, or cancel your reservation.

Depending on the rate, up to two rebookings are possible free of charge. Changes and cancellations are free of charge up to three days before arrival.

Please note that for reservations made through booking portals such as Booking.com, the terms and conditions listed there apply.

Your check-in works simply and flexibly via the key box directly at our building: your personal access code and all the important information will be sent to you by email one day before your arrival. Check-in is possible from 16:00 – and thanks to the key box, also at a later hour. An earlier arrival before 16:00 can be arranged on request.
Our team is available daily from 9:00 to 21:00 by phone or email to answer any questions you may have, and to provide tips and recommendations about Freiburg.

You can check out until 11:00. When you leave the apartment, please leave the keys on the table and close the door behind you.
A later departure until 12:00 is possible by prior arrangement. Please contact us to arrange this. If you are leaving earlier than expected, please let us know the day before, so that we can make the best use of our housekeeping services.

We are happy to provide you with a cot and a high chair free of charge. Simply reserve these items before you arrive, or ask our team for assistance during your stay.

For stays of at least seven days, we offer an intermediate cleaning service free of charge upon request. This includes cleaning the floors, changing the towels, disposing of rubbish, replenishing toilet paper, coffee and soap, and a quick clean of the bathroom and kitchen.

Additional intermediate cleanings at a frequency of your choice are available at €25 per clean. Please contact our team to arrange this.

Upon departure, we kindly ask our guests to leave the apartment swept clean and with washed dishes. Any additional cleaning required due to heavy soiling will be charged based on the effort involved, with a minimum charge of €25. As a deposit, we take the liberty of recording your credit card or passport details. This data will be irrevocably deleted by us on the day of your departure.

When you book directly through our website, you are guaranteed the best price – with no booking fees and no agency commissions. You benefit from flexible change and cancellation options up to three days before arrival, and our team is your personal point of contact before, during and after your stay. Exclusive offers such as our Long Stay Special with the discount code LONGSTAY (20% off from 30 nights) are also only available when booking through our website.

For longer stays, you can take advantage of attractive special rates. For stays of 30 nights or more, enter the discount code LONGSTAY when booking through our website to receive 20% off the booking price.

All apartments are equipped with free Wi-Fi.

Please enter your invoice details in our guest system before your day of departure. An invoice will be sent automatically to the email address you have provided on the day of departure. You will receive access to our guest system a few days before your arrival.

The rental price includes bed linen, bath towels, tea towels, washing-up liquid and bin bags. We also provide coffee pads for the coffee machine, detergent for the washing machine, and salt and pepper. Please let us know if you need refills or anything else. Final cleaning is also included in the price.

Bookings made through our website can be conveniently paid for by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or PayPal.

Pets are welcome. We charge a flat cleaning fee of €15 per night per animal. Please register your pet with us before you arrive.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartments or anywhere in the building. Please understand that we will charge an amount of €300 in case of disregard.

Many apartments have a sofa bed to accommodate additional guests. If you have booked the apartment for more people and intend to use the sofa bed, you will find bed linen and towels for it in the wardrobe. Please contact us if you have any questions about using it.

Some of our apartments have a washing machine, which you can use free of charge along with the provided detergent. Please contact our team if you have any questions.
