Book your stay conveniently through our website. Depending on the rate you booked, you can make changes and cancellations on your own. To do so, click the “Detailed Booking Information” link at the bottom of the booking confirmation email you received immediately after booking. On the following page, please enter the email address you used when booking, as well as your last name. You can then view, modify, or cancel your reservation.

Depending on the rate, up to two rebookings are possible free of charge. Changes and cancellations are free of charge up to three days before arrival.

Please note that for reservations made through booking portals such as Booking.com, the terms and conditions listed there apply.

For longer stays, you can take advantage of attractive special rates. For stays of 30 nights or more, enter the discount code “Longstay” when booking through our website to receive a 20% discount on the booking price.

Bookings made through our website can be conveniently paid for by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or PayPal.

Coming from the A5 motorway, take the exit Freiburg-Mitte and drive towards Freiburg to B31a.
Our apartment is located in the pedestrian area of Freiburg and cannot be reached by car. Please park your car in one of the numerous car parks in Freiburg and walk to the apartment.

Access by public:
Coming from the main railway station, you will get to tram No. 3 towards Zähringen. Please get off at the Bertholdsbrunnen stop. After a 4 minute walk you will arrive with us.

Our employees are available from 1 pm to 9 pm to answer any questions you may have, and to provide tips and recommendations about Freiburg, either by phone or email. You can arrive from 4 pm onwards. We are happy to allow an earlier arrival before 4 pm after prior consultation.
Late arrival is also possible with prior consultation. You will receive your apartment key via a key box after 9 pm. Please contact us in advance.

You can travel comfortably until 11 a.m. When you leave the apartment, please leave the keys on the table and close the door behind you.
Late departure is possible after prior consultation until 12 noon. Please contact us to arrange this. If you are leaving earlier than expected, please let us know the day before, so that we can make the best use of our housekeeping services.

Pets are welcome. We charge a flat cleaning fee of €15 per night per animal. Please contact us before you arrive.

All apartments are equipped with free Wi-Fi.

We are happy to provide you with a cot and a high chair free of charge. Simply reserve these items before you arrive, or ask our staff for assistance during your stay.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartments and throughout the building. Please understand that we will charge an amount of EUR 300,- in case of disregard.

You need an invoice for your stay? Please contact our reception team, preferably by e-mail to office@appartements-augustinerplatz.de with your booking number. We will promptly issue an invoice and send it by e-mail.

For stays of at least seven days, we offer an intermediate cleaning service free of charge upon request. This includes cleaning the floors, changing the towels, disposing of rubbish, replenishing toilet paper, coffee and soap, and a quick clean of the bathroom and kitchen.
Additional intermediate cleanings are available at 25 EUR per cleaning. Please register at reception.
Upon departure, we kindly ask our guests to leave the apartment clean and tidy, with washed dishes. Any additional cleaning required due to excessive dirt will be charged for, with a minimum charge of €25. We require a deposit in the form of your credit card or passport details. This data will be irrevocably deleted by us on the day of your departure.

Many apartments have a sofa bed to accommodate additional guests. If you have booked the apartment for more people and intend to use the sofa bed, you will find bed linen and towels for it in the wardrobe. Please contact us if you have any questions about using them.

The rental price includes bed linen, bath towels, dish towels, washing-up liquid and bin bags. We also provide coffee pads for the coffee machine, washing machine detergent, and salt and pepper. Please let us know if you need anything else. Final cleaning is also included in the price.

Some of our apartments have a washing machine, which you can use free of charge along with the provided detergent. Please contact our staff if you have any questions.

We charge an additional 15 euros per person per night.
